1. Service Description
Nexus Vault provides a private regional pricing arbitrage service for digital goods including game top-up currency and digital subscriptions. By using this service, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital currency and services sourced from specific international regions at official regional prices.
2. No Affiliation
Nexus Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers of the games or services available on this platform. All trademarks, game names, logos, and brand identifiers are the property of their respective owners. We operate as an independent third-party service leveraging regional pricing differences on official storefronts.
3. Service Availability
We do not guarantee service availability for specific titles at all times. Product availability may change without notice due to regional pricing adjustments, publisher policy changes, or sourcing limitations. In the event a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will issue a full refund or offer an equivalent substitute.
4. Membership
The Nexus Vault membership grants access to at-cost pricing (base cost + 2% processing fee) on all available products. Membership is capped at 200 concurrent active members to ensure service quality. Membership fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree to provide accurate order credentials and a valid email address. You accept that regional top-up methods may take up to 24 hours to process. You agree not to resell or redistribute services purchased through Nexus Vault.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nexus Vault is not liable for any account restrictions, bans, or actions taken by game publishers or service providers as a result of using regional pricing services. Please review our full Liability Disclaimer below.
