No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and instantly consumable nature of the services we provide — including regional game top-ups and digital subscriptions — Nexus Vault enforces a strict No-Refund Policy on all purchases, including the $49.99 monthly membership fee. Please double-check your order details, game account credentials, and desired package before completing payment.

Exceptions

A refund may be issued at our sole discretion in the following circumstances: (1) A top-up was not delivered within 48 hours of order completion due to sourcing failure. (2) You were charged more than the displayed price due to a technical error. (3) The product was permanently discontinued after your payment was captured.

How to Request

To dispute an order, contact us within 72 hours of purchase via Discord or the support page, providing your Order ID and a description of the issue. Refund requests submitted after 72 hours will not be considered.

While our methods are designed to be safe, using regional arbitrage services may carry inherent risks according to some game publishers' Terms of Service. By completing a purchase, you assume all responsibility. Nexus Vault is not liable and assumes no responsibility for any account restrictions, bans, or locks placed on your game account by the publisher as a result of using our services.
